Wendy has an MA in human development and has been sleep coaching locally since 2008 and internationally since 2014. She has been in love with good rest for as long as she can remember! She has studied babies, children and sleep for decades and was an apprentice under a world famous sleep coach before going independent. IN TEN TO FOURTEEN DAYS WE TAKE YOU THROUGH A PLAN TO HELP YOUR CHILD LEARN THE ESSENTIAL SKILL OF GOING TO AND STAYING ASLEEP
At the initial one hour conference call (or Skype if international) we set up a plan specifically tailored for your family's needs and preferences.
We then email you a very thorough, detailed plan on exactly what to do at nap time, bedtime and at each wake up.
You will check-in online each day to let us know how the previous day and night went.
We then email you a plan each day based on your child's responses the night before, and begin exchanges for support throughout the day.
If needed we schedule additional phone calls.
